About Rima Sidhu
I am passionate about health and fitness and
I believe they play an integral role in the creation
of an enjoyable quality of life. I am a National
Strength Professional's Association (NSPA) Certified
Personal Trainer and a lifelong athlete. I am
a certified Muay Thai (Thai kickboxing) instructor,
as well as an internationally ranked competitive
Muay Thai fighter. I also played NCAA Division
I soccer for The George Washington University.
I have been a professional in the fitness and
wellness industry for over eight years. I am
Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF)
stretch certified. In addition, I received a
certification in traditional Thai Massage from
The Wat Po Traditional Thai Massage School in
Bangkok, Thailand. I have extensive training
in the areas of weight management and nutrition.
